Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Everything Luvvo Studio sells is made to order — your piece is built after you order it, on the lead time shown on its product page. Because of that, this policy distinguishes between canceling before the build starts and returning a finished piece.

Cancellations (before the build starts)

You may cancel your order for a full refund within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase, or at any time before your build has started, whichever is later. Email us at chris@luvvo.studio with your order number to cancel.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging.

Return process

To return an item, please email us at chris@luvvo.studio to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address provided, marked "Attn: Returns" with your RMA number.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Defective or damaged products

For defective or damaged products, contact us at chris@luvvo.studio to arrange a refund or replacement — the return-shipping and time-window conditions above do not limit your remedies for a piece that arrives defective or damaged.

Backing and rewards

Refunds for "Back the Build" campaign contributions are covered by our Backer Terms.
